I’ve released a number of leather balisong sheaths over the years, and this one is easily my favorite. The clip cover is fully integrated into the design, giving you a continuous panel of top‑grain leather on the inside of the sheath. This not only protects your knife from the titanium clip and hardware, it also creates a smooth, consistent surface that guides the blade in and out with just the right amount of controlled friction. The result is a secure hold and a satisfyingly clean draw every time.

The leather comes from one of the most respected tanneries in the United States, known for producing some of the finest bridle leathers in the world. It’s durable, hard‑wearing, and built to thrive in daily carry. The fact that it is full‑grain, means it will develop a rich, personal patina as it molds to your knife. Over time, the contours of your handle will subtly burnish into the leather, giving the sheath that custom‑fit look and feel.

A Note on the Titanium Clip
The deep‑carry clip is made from aerospace grade 6AL‑4V titanium, lightweight, strong, and ideal for pocket carry. Like all titanium clips, however, it can deform if forced far enough out of its intended range. To keep yours performing perfectly, avoid clipping it onto belts or overly thick materials, and take care not to bend the clip outward more than about 3/8". Extreme snagging (catching on seatbelts, heavy straps, etc.) can permanently alter the shape. Most pockets are well below 1/8th of an inch thick so rest assured, when used as designed, it will serve you beautifully for a lifetime.

Fitment
This sheath fits all standard full‑size butterfly knives. Smaller models may ride deeper; if you’d prefer a shorter version, feel free to message me and I’ll make one to your specs. If your knife has an unusual profile, just reach out and I’ll confirm compatibility. The sheath is shown here with a BRS Alpha Beast, but it works great with the Replicant, Barebones, and other common models.
